Combining white sage and sacred wood sticks to cleanse both your environment and your spirit. The white sage and Palo Santo have been used for thousands of years in cleansing rituals and healing by numerous cultures.

Both plants with multiple virtues and Peruvian sacred wood are used during fumigation rituals.

• To cleanse your home, open the windows. Light your stick (Palo Santo or sage) with a match. One it is lit, wait until the smoke and smell escape. Put it out, then shake the stick, moving clockwise through each room until you get back to where you started, shaking the stick in the air in order to disperse the smoke. (It is advisable to carry a receptacle that will collect the ashes).
• Leave the stick to burn in an appropriate recipient and put it out slowly once the process is finished.
