 White sage has been used by native American for thousands of years during rituals of cleansing and healing. As they are plants with multiple virtues, they both cleanse and protect your living areas and your spirit.
During fumigation, white sage chases away negative energy in both your environment and your spirit. It enables you to connect with the spiritual world and sharpens your senses. To use during a meditation session whenever you feel the need or during your moon rituals.

As white sage is anti-microbial, it pushes insects away and cleanses the air.

How to use ?

• To cleanse the house, open the windows. Light the end of the white sage stick with a match. Once the stick is well-lit, extinguish it so as to disperse the smoke, putting it into a suitable receptacle if you do not have a shell.
• Go around each room clock-wise until you get back to your starting point, shaking the stick in the air to disperse the smoke, helped with either a feather or your hand. To avoid accidents, use one shell to carry the stick and extinguish it during the ritual. To completely extinguish the stick, crush the glowing end in the bottom of the shell and ensure it is completely out before putting it away.

• To cleanse a person or an object, open the windows, light the end of the white sage stick with a match or a lighter and disperse the smoke with movements up and down, forwards and backwards. • After this ritual, you can put the ashes on your doorstep in order to protect the entrance to your home.
